Eligible Active Employees may choose among the different medical programs offered by the Plan, the current options available are: 1) medical benefits paid directly by the Plan through Anthem Blue Cross, or 2) benefits provided by the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. The Plan also provides dental, vision care, short-term disability, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.

Self-funded PPO Plan participants can use an Anthem Blue Cross PPO network provider to receive the highest level of benefits. Kaiser HMO Plan may only use Kaiser Permanente doctors and facilities.

Medicare-eligible Retirees have the choice of two different Medicare Advantage plan providers: Kaiser Permanente / Senior Advantage, Alignment Retiree Health Plan, and one Medicare Supplemental Plan: Hartford Life Insurance.
